DOS ADT updated

(Note: Crossposted to c.s.a2, c.s.a2.programmer, comp.emulators.a2;
follow-ups set to comp.sys.apple2)

I wanted to get this out as a little Christmas 2006 present. But
BerliOS web hosting and project management have been down for most of
the holiday season, and I'm running out of vacation time. So, on to
plan B: SourceForge and Asimov.

I have retrofitted some ADTPro goodies to the original ADT package.
Namely:
 * Compatibility with both the SSC and IIgs at 115.2kbps
 * Ability to save itself (no Applesoft configurator)
 * NAK protocol error discovered and fixed by Joe Oswald
 * ADTCK ADT checksummer program generalized so it's
   not version-dependent

I bumped the version number to 1.31. Version 1.30 had some of this
stuff, but was only released as part of the ADTPro package. All code
changes are now managed through the BerliOS project repository (which
is up), and will be available for download there if/when their web
interface ever comes back to life. In the mean time, you can download
the package from ADTPro's download links on SourceForge:

https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=170262&package_id=195018

I've also uploaded the adt131.dsk image to Asimov's incoming directory.

The full package is named ADT_2006. In keeping with the 2004 and 2005
releases, it contains all the various pieces that have collected over
the years except for ADTgs, which is now merged with ADTssc. The server
programs (MS-DOS and Windows) are unchanged and remain at the 1.23
level. You can also use the ADTPro server to serve from non-PC
platforms.
