4MB cards were still commercially available from http://www.garberstreet.com/
though I'm unsure if he still has stock.
I'm also under the impression that 8MB Sirius cards might go back into
production eventually but there's no time frame for that yet.
Unless someone offers to sell you one, eBay is the next best place to look. I'd
recommend a Sequential Systems RAM-GS personally. That particular 4MB card is
plenty of RAM for practically anyone, and it's not a power hog. Staying with a
4MB card also means you don't have to futz with DMA issues in other cards you
might have now or get later on.
4MB cards are not rare and several brands are floating around out there. Expect
to pay $40-$60 for a decent one, sometimes less on a lucky auction.
