Now, there's a use case I didn't consider.  What I need to do is to
break the ADTPro client into bits so it can be sent type-it-in-style to
the Apple at 300 baud like the other bootstrappers.  The reason why I
didn't do that in the first place is because I figured people would
either have nothing at all or would have DOS ADT already.

I can cook up an ADTPro server that can send the ADTPro client and send
it to you to test, if you'd like.  Send me a note on sourceforge if
interested.
