That is true. but it used to work in the //e just fine until the problem.
It happened roughly the same time as a power supply failure, but I'm not
sure what caused what. The current powersupply shows no sign of strain
when the Z80 card is activated though.

I seriously wish I could. Unfortunately there is over 1000km between me
and any other accessible hardware.
