The IIgs and PowerPC should do the job. You can either swap floppies* or
set up Appletalk on them. Personally, I think Appletalk is a PITA on the
GS, but you might have fun trying. The older the System software is on the
Mac the better the ProDOS support. It might be just as easy to pick up a
working 68K Mac.

You can set up an Appletalk connection with a printer cable, or (if you're
feeling flush) get an ethernet card for the IIgs.

*The PowerPC _should_ be able to read 800K floppies. The IIgs can write
both ProDOS and HFS volumes, so you have some common ground there.
