To put in simply:

AU$ -> Australia -> PAL -> SCART available -> good for you.

The IIgs is easy to adapt to a SCART input (which *is* RGB) if you have
basic soldering skills. Info on this should be on the net, if not, ask
again.
Excellent answer, meantime I did some search and found hints about the scart.
