There was another "edition" (I think it's the 3rd printing of the 1st 
edition) before the 2nd edition came out.

ISBN 0-201-17752-8 Apple IIc Technical Reference Manual, ROM Listings for 
Memory Expandable IIc, Apple Computer 030-1238-B

Although rarer than the earlier printings, it does become available on eBay 
from time to time.  I have the APDA version of the 2nd edition (from 
Syndicomm), but have not personally seen the original Addison-Wesley copy of 
this edition.
