Andrew,

    It is very rare and hard to find.  I would recommend ROM card which it 
allows to switch from Applesoft BASIC ROM to Integer BASIC ROM. 
Fortunately, ROM card does support EPROM chip unless it is modified.  I am 
sure that Bill Garber can assist you to reprogram original monitor and 
Integer BASIC into EPROM chips.
