    I personally doubt it ever existed (at least in a form that was
publicly available, there may have been a prototype made). 
The fact that there was an ad in the back of inCider/A+ 
certainly makes you wonder, but then there was also a
full page ad for Sword of Sodan (not to mention it being
listed "in stock" for order from a few vendors).
