I'd be surprised.  Ultima V only sold on 4 x 5.25" disks for the Apple
II.  If it is available on 3.5" disk it would be someone's unofficial
hack.  I know that Deckard did a hard drive installable version of
Ultima III that was really well done.  It is probably available on
Asimov somewhere...
