This guy has a funny writing style, that's for sure. Or he is smoking
some serious stuff.
Either way I think you'll really enjoy reading this book!

Judging the TOC I think he has practically included the same stuff that
the Stanton has in his book.
I don't know which one was published earlier but it makes me wonder,
what he included in the second book.

And he even foresaw that someone will sell his book without disks:

But I guess he missed a chapter:
