Nope, Roger Wagner the man.

Kevin Savetz of www.atariarchives.com has blanket permission to
republish Compute! materials online and he is willing to let me
put Compute!'s Apple II books on his site.  We both agree that
we want the author's consent to republish even if he already have
the legal right.  I want to ask Roger for his permission to
put his IIgs assembly book online.
