I do.

To me, the csa2.* newsgroups are the ideal place for messages.

They are easy to get to...
They are easy to find...
The messages are archived back to early/mid 1990's...

What I *would* like to see is an online chat system with weekly or
monthly "meetings" where people can converse.  Ideally, a nice web page
interface.  Telnet or IRC could work but I think the web interface
would be easier for newbies to hit.  And free, of course.
