Regarding this problem of making bootable ProDos disks using Macs with
the manual-inject drives:
A few years ago someone discovered that althought DiskCopy would not
make a bootable disk from an image, there was another 3rd party disk
image utility which DOES work on those Macs.
I have forgotten the name of the utility.
