We are deriving HSync from the CompSyn for the PLL.

I'll have more photos later.   My photo host is down at present.

As an aside, we're thinking of bypassing the ADC and tapping right in
to the VGC since it outputs in 4 bit digital per R,G,B.   I'm hoping
the CompSyn signal also coming from the VGC will be a reliable sample
rate indicator for these digital outputs.
