  I remember opening up brand new Apple ][+'s back when I worked at a
dealer.  When the //e came out we were buying up leftover ][+'s from
Apple for $600.  Back at the end of the ][+ run, all I recall coming
out of the box was the ][+ reference manual, warranty card, cables and
some decals.  No paddles or other manuals.

  Once I opened up a new ][+ and found a machine with no C key, and two
Z keys.
