Yes, those are "slinky" cards. I was giving them a look over myself.Appleworks can also use them for application desktop space, as do a few other programs - so, more useful than just as a RAM drive.
The RAMFactor is better, IMHO, especially for DOS 3.3 support (and it's partitionable).
