What you get is a diskette containing a bootable miniversion of a dos3.3 clone and ADT. From there you can use ADT to make a proper dos3.3 diskette and/or prodos. The dos3.3 version only works with 5.25" floppies and can't do nib type images.
There is ADTPro, that is ADT for ProDOS (though I havent tried it yet). ADTPro docs promise it is able to do also nib and 3.5" which would be nice, yes.
