Mockingboard D (IIc Version)

Hello all.

Just a quick update.  The Mockingboard D (for the IIc) manual is now 
available:

Thanks go to Christopher Ryan for this one.  Since the Mockingboard v1 is 
just about sold out it's time to start redesigning it.  v2 coming up!  Since 
the D version is relatively similar to the card version, one design will 
probably lend parts of itself to the other.  Before any cloned Mockingboard 
D's are released we'll first have to see how working with custom enclosure 
goes.  The custom 200w Power Supply case is still under development and I 
can't wait to see the prototypes!

Well, back to work for me.  Lots more to be done!
