I just received the complete collection DVD roms from Call-APPLE.
I think there is a mail carrier that likes their stuff, because they
had to
mail me the DVD's *THREE* times before I got it.  On the third time,
they used tracking.  The first two were "lost in the mail.", coming
from
Japan, no less.

I ordered on July 12 and finally had it in my hands on Aug 26th.

I did get responses by email, though, using webmaster@callapple.org

Best of luck.. My best advice is "patience" and maybe request to use
tracking right away, if possible.
