Hi All,
I am in the process of ordering some 1M x 1 DRAM's for my recently
acquired G.S Juice Plus 4Mb RAM card, and just wanted confirmation from
someone more knowledgeable than myself. I have found a supplier of
KM41C1000BP7 chips which appear to be equivalent to M5M41000BP chips.
They are 18 pin 1M x 1 DRAM chips, so am I correct in assuming that the
pinouts will be the same. Are all 1M x 1 DRAMs equivalent?
Sorry, but I am still learning my way with hardware.... :-)
Can someone please confirm this before I hand over my hard earned cash?
