Didn't think about the destruction part. I killed my first //c motherboard, forget when, by pushing the joystick connector back into the socket. It came loose while playing Budge's Pinball with my son. Boy was he mad, almost as mad as me. Luckily, Apple was replacing those boards due to serial port issues and the semi-local distributor fixed it for me for free. Years later I fried the serial port with a home made cable. Oddly enough, the cable functioned long enough to transfer some files I wanted from the PC system we ran our BBS on. I still have that system now running with the original issue motherboard and a Zram 512k. come to think of it, I fixed the cable too and still use it on the //c.
