zowie....exotic stuff on ebay...and lots of it

was looking around on ebay and have been seeing lots and lots of fairly 
exotic stuff

1 superdrive controller and box complete
 4 ramfast scsi cards b,c and d versions i think
 1  x-10 controller setup
  1 lightpen and barcode reader setup
  1 exotic peach ibmpc case ap2 clone (kinda neat to look at)
  1 ap2gs to //e uprgade unit
   4   ae //gs accelerators (1 of which is 14mhz mod)
    2 zip //gs accelerator cards
  1 brand new II plus motherboard (bare)
   4 (or so) ap2 scsi sandwich ii cards w/software
   1 focus 340mb hard drive internal (mint)
   1 laser 128 universal disk controller
   1 quickie hand  scanner & kit
    2 fingerpint graphic cards
    2 or so zip chips 4 and 8mhz
    1 complete mint vulcan kit 40mb unit with box etc
     1 apple 1 clone kit with cassette card assemled


i'm probably missing more of these.....i'm now again confused as to

1) if this flood is a giant leak of ap2 stuff from die hard collectors and 
or estate sales who are finally
    after years of wife nagging and lack of room dumping there 
collections..ie a sign of the impending apple
     ii apocolypse (spelling?)

or

2) the prices they seem to be getting for this stuff despite the flood of 
stuff seems to be fairly good
    with more then a few higher then i would expect...ie if the boat has a 
leak.....it is not apparent by
     the prices i've seen on ebay

enough to confuse and optimistic pessimist like myself

anyway...if you are richer the bill gates and like apple ii stuff now would 
be the time to buy
zowie if i only had money
