Aztec C also came for CP/M and could be used with Apple II CP/M.  Its
compile time was very slow though, compared to BDS C.

The lack of command-line parameters in the Apple II OS'es was a bit
awkward though, since so much C software uses this feature.  This of
course also applies to the Mac, at least before Mac OS-X.
