Obviously if you want the best version, you will play the c64 version.

Whichever game you pick though, you're looking for a long ride. I
suggest U3 because that's the game I actually wound up beating. U4
seemed to drag on (but it was VERY beautiful).

I'd try to fit U3 on a 1581 disk and play it like that. If you want to
play U4, I'd try to make it work without disk swaps on a cmd hd
partition. Either way I'd use 64HDD w/ PwrLoad.

Arnold probably has decent images of all of them.

You'll also need to scrounge up the manuals which will be easy. Finding
the hint books though may take some time.


I've already played those stupid games to death though. I hate walking
around the entire planet looking for people to talk to while having to
fight constantly in between.

After 20 years there just needs to be more to a game to hold my
interest, especially if I plan on finishing it.
