apple2.org.za is still there, they have 4 folders you can get to from
here:

apple.cabi.net is one I never saw.  From what I recall reading,
Tarnover had a mirror of most or all of it.  I've never gotten to it,
so my guess is it went down a while ago.

It would be nice to try and get as much of the lost archives that
Tarnover and apple2.cabi.net had back online, if that's possible.  I
recall reading a year or two ago that some people had parts, but none
had a full mirror/copy.
