Hey Sheppy.. somethings up with your webserver.. I keep getting source
dumps, urls that contain null and missing pictures..

Yeah, right after I posted the announcement I realized that something was whacked with the site and reuploaded the whole thing. While it was re-uploading things were a mess.

Now, there's still a problem that many of the pages dump code instead of displaying properly on IE 6 on Windows. That's because IE 6 is somewhat lagging in its support for web standards. I'm looking into fixing it but not all that hard, because it works fine in IE 7, and that's due to ship RSN.

But IE 6 will be in wide use for at least the next year--better make
it work with what exists.

Anyway, try it again and see if it's any better now. I'm waiting for an update to the theme I used for the site (I build my site in RapidWeaver using a third-party theme) -- the theme got updated a while back but I didn't get my copy; I've emailed them to request it.

Hopefully that updated theme will fix the problem (the people that made the theme claim their themes are all IE compatible). If not, I probably won't pursue it farther, in which case I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Life's too short to do battle with Microsoft. :)

Agreed--the _de facto_ standard must be treated as a property of the
universe.

And "new features" should always be avoided like the plague until they
are "old features". ;-)
