Anyone else still want an IRC channel?

Just figured since I do run an ircd myself, maybe I could put a channel 
there with java irc for people who don't want to install anything and it 
wouldn't be hard I think to allow telnetting in if necessary. (I think I 
can set it up to exempt the localhost from user limits)

I'm already using irc 24/7 and the server's already running, so it's not a 
big deal for me.

If the ability to telnet isn't important, I could use Blitzed and offer 
CGI:IRC.
