You know, your issues with Bill aside, I think that you should've gone
public earlier.
As you said there are already users out there who could've profited
from your experiences.

We could already have made a poll how the card works in different
configurations - like this "testimonial thread", for example. Who
knows, maybe such a poll would confirm your findings?

And yes, in my opinion the GS itself is noisy in all of its revisions -
as can be witnessed by posts concerning sound cards. And accelerator
cards can be quite problematic alone (see Mitchell's posting from
yesterday) and maybe they are only something for *really* experienced
users.
