I would have bought one of the previous 4MB cards but it had no support
for the ROMdisk function of the memory card slot.

At a minimum I would like a dual row 0.1" pitch set of holes connected
to the signals from the edge connector to allow a header to be
soldered. This would allow a daughter card with EPROM or Flash ROM
chips to be plugged into the RAM card.

Actually having a ROM socket onboard would increase the size of the
card and hence the cost (for  feature that would go unused by 99% of
buyers).
