There is some hope for reading a 5-1/4" floppy from an old PC:

Your better bet is setting up an Apple II with a serial card and
transmitting the data back to a PC or Mac with a communications program
of some sort:

If your floppies are really 3-1/2", (probably not, but...) you can go
through an intermediate 800k floppy drive on an old Mac, then finally
transfer up to the most modern computer you have. See:
