You can get 4264's out of a spare //e. They're 64k x 1 chips. Most of
the older 64k/80 column cards used these as well. I'd start here since
DRAM is a lot more likely to go bad than most anything else, just due
to the sheer number of transistors they contain vs any other IC on the
board.
