I've updated the InternetModem program to handle the Telnet protocol
handshake transparently to the terminal (your Apple II). Before, you
couldn't connect to sites like Syndicomm because ProTERM couldn't handshake.
Now, InternetModem handles that and you can connect to any telnet site,
whether it handshakes or not.
