In peeking at Call-A.P.P.L.E. 2, 1979 I found a review of early
assemblers for the Apple II (pre-Merlin), e.g. TED, TED+, LiSA, Randys
Weekend Assembler..... Unfortunately only a version of LISA has been
rescued so far in an online-Version. Does anybody still has the others?
The same applies for two early forth packages: Foth 1.6. by Cap'n
Software of John T. Draper and a Forth version by a Company called
Programma.
