phone card type program for Apple IIe?

Hi,

I have my rotary telephone right next to my Apple IIe and I've been 
thinking it'd be really handy to have some kind of a phone card program 
on floppy for quick access on the IIe(the post-it-note system I have is 
really getting messy quick).  Anyone know of any good basic phone 
directory programs that would work? Searchable would be a nice added 
bonus but not necessary.

P.S touchtone emulation via mockingboard would be cool too, but theres 
really nothing keeping me from using one of my touch tone phones when I 
need to.:-)
