Hard to find - GSE-Reactive is working a clone. No release date yet.
If there's any other fun toys I'm leaving out (accelerators, floppy
port hard drives, whatever), it doesn't mean I'm not interested! ;)
Current accelerator options 5 or 10MHz Rocket Chip, 4 or 8MHz Zip Chip.
Difficult, but not impossible to come by. You may have to wait awhile to
find one, and be prepared to spend freely.
Hard drives that use the smart port are extremely rare. The good news is
I know 2 seperate people who are working on hard drive options for the
//c - one internal, one smartport. I know one of those projecta is
already working and is now in the refinement phase.

obsolete Apple II computers do things their original designers never
imagined they could do.
