  Sorry, didn't see your reply.  Sounds like a standard 1 Meg by 1
package then.  If it was 1 Meg by 8 it'd have lots more pins than 20.
The 1C1001 usually means 1M by 1.  If you see a 4C1000 as in 44C1001 it
would be a 1 Meg by 4.  The -8 is the speed of course.

  If you have a soldering iron, you can tinker with the SIMMs I have
and make something work.  Don't think I have any spare ZIPs just laying
around.  I seem to recall I have several of the 2 Meg cards myself with
16 empty sockets as well.
