No-  I found some surplus parts online which had the right part number
and ordered them, but when they arrived the parts had a different part
number, and they didn't work. Looking up the part numbers, I could see
that I needed chips that were 8 bits wide, and the ones I bought were 1
bit wide.  The video cards I've scrounged with similar parts have had a
different number of pins.  So I've struck out on these parts.
