Holy algorithm, Batman! That is cool stuff. Very excellent algorithm
design! A few moot points to consider if you're a total perfectionist:
- Could it be possible to support arrow keys?
The arrow keys are already supported--did you try them?
- Could it use mousetext for the display, since it's already singled
out to use 65c02, and thus mainly enhanced //'s anyway?
That was both "over the top" and more of a mess in the Applesoft
program. Maybe someone else would like to try it?
Frankly, I kind of like its ugly little text face. ;-)
- Maybe make some boxes to uneditable (e.g. keep them hilighted) so
that the original numbers can remain unaltered.
Not sure I know what you mean here... After a complete solution, the
grid is returned to its original state. Do you mean provide protection
of the user from himself? ;-)
When I change something I didn't intend to, I just reload the original
puzzle (which I save as soon as I've entered it).
Whether you even care about these suggestions is totally up to you. ;-)
Awesome stuff, guys! Keep up the great work!
Thanks! It was great fun working together!
