Actually, KEGS is the only (AFAIK) Linux/PC 2GS emulator. It should work
fine on Kegs in either OS. Some options for Windows would be using the
latest release from Kent's Sourceforge site or try earlier versions adapted
by other folks to use a GUI. You might also email Kent about the problem.
I'm sure he would like to know about this.

As for XGS, it was never finished although it did have potential.
