In Germany its even worse: A usable (not exactly "mint") 128K IIe with
two drives, a disk controller and a monochrome monitor usually goes for
about 100 Euros ($120).

And that is without any specials like accelerators or something
equivalent rare.
In fact rare cards in the US are extreeemely rare in Germany (because
of the comparatively low success of the Apple II line here).
