Linards,

Please realize when Vince tried to contact the Apple Computer, Inc to
ask permission for distributing ROM images, but they at Apple Computer, Inc
were rude to him. They told him bruntly, NO -- ILLEGALLY. It does not
answer Vince's questions politely. I expect that they owe him an apology
for their behavior.
Fortunately, Vince was able to reach Steve Worniak -- the founder of
Apple I. Steve had said that permission was not a requirement because ROM
image for Apple I was in the club rather than the Apple Computer, Inc. He
advised not to use ROM images without asking for a permission of the Apple
Computer, Inc except Apple I's ROM image.
I am sure that Vince will respond his experience. I can't remember
where website what he posted his experience with the Apple Computer, Inc.
