All I can tell you for sure is that Apple's RGB card for the IIe was
made by Video 7. The add-ons for the Ramworks seem to behave the same
way, as do the Checkmate technology cards. You can consider the Apple
one the authorative card though, and I've provided plenty of
documentation on this card already.

The IIc is another matter. I've never seen a IIc RGB adapter myself,
and as I've mentioned I has serious doubts as to whether it's
comparable to the IIe card in functionality. Somebody who has a Video 7
digital adapter for the IIc will have to scan the manual or verify its
behavior somehow.
