Thanks for the info guys. I just went shopping and could not find 14.31863mhz crystal anywhere. So instread I got the 14.31818 in the hopes that it would work. Seems that the 4.31863mhz is very difficult to find as I went to 5 different shops (Akihabara (Electric Town), Tokyo ). I just returned to discover Linards has just confirmed my suspicions.
