I have two of these binders as well. In one I have Pascal 1.3 docs
(also sans Attach doco) while in the other I have the ProDOS Assembler
Tools manual (plus I have added the "Apple IIc Programmer's Guide to
the 3.5 ROM" that Apple gave away free before they added that info to
the IIc Technical Reference Manual). My loose leaf copy of the ProDOS
Technical Reference Manual is in a padded black 4-ring binder I bought.
I have two copies of the ProDOS Exerciser disk - one from the loose
leaf manual and one from the hard back book. It is interesting to see
the differences between the two manuals - /RAM was originally going to
be Slot 0 Drive 2 it appears.
