I followed these simple steps.  :)

1. Try arrow keys
2. Slap head with hand when it doesn't work.
3. Repeat step 1.
4. Repeat step 2. (harder)
5. Try a different machine.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4.
7. Clean keyboard
8. Repeat  step 1,2 3, and 4
9. Replace keyboard.
10. Repeat step 8.
11. Get a stiff drink.
12. Repeat step 1.
13. Disregard step 2. (Headaches too much.)
14. RTFM in desperation.
15. Turn red with embarrassment.
