I've got the C.I.A. manual here.  If anybody else wants a scan of the
manual then I'll try doing it over the weekend.  My copy is a bit
fragile but I'll see what I can do.

Another advantage of copying by digital photography is that it
can be done by opening the book just 90 degrees, instead of having
to lay it flat (for most scanners/copiers).
