You don't need to use that product to accomplish that.  A few lines in
INTEGER BASIC will accomplish the same thing:

1. Set the soft switches of the LC so that reading is done from ROM
   and writing is done to RAM.

2. Next, BLOAD the FPBASIC file

3. Presto.  Apple ][+ ROM on the LC
