MVP-Forth was a Forth 79 from Mountain View Press, which was the largest 
seller of Forth compilers and books as well as the supplier and seller of 
Forth Interest Group (FIG) publications and publisher of FIG's journal, Forth 
Dimmensions. An ASCII dump of the beginning of the code might show some text 
information.
