Probably only the software which came with the card. The application you
need is called something obvious like SCSIPARTITION. It is similar to
the HDSCPARTITION software included with the high-speed SCSI card.
The software only supports creating two partitions.

Another option is to upgrade the firmware on the card, if you can
arrange to burn an EPROM (a 27128 is required; I can give you a copy of
the firmware image). That will bring you up to revision C, which will
fix some rather serious bugs, add functionality and let you use much
better software like Chinook SCSI Utilities.
